Sometimes, good things happen

Hi, It’s an early post for me as I’ve just finished one of those distance training courses. Not the old school learn by post kinda thing, but a learn-by-Skype style classroom. You get a little video of the class, remote access to the system you have to work on and you get to see the presentation slides. Luckily, there’s no return video feed – and we’ll come back to that in a mo 🙂 – but you can ask questions using the chat or microphone. Salutations dear reader, T-Stuff The dry spell has been broken. Whatever biological or mental (emphasis on the mental 😉 ) block was floating in my noggin, seems to have relented and off I went to Chams the other night. Strange, after those few weeks of being decidedly, well, meh, about the whole trans thing, my interest was piqued and I found myself wanting a little fabulous time out. Hi, A bit of a different week this time around. Rather than facing the commute along the ring road, I’ve been at home working. Well, on a training course. It was all very modern and made me think that in some small way, the future had arrived. 🙂 If you build it, they will log in…. Rather than travelling down to Dat Lundun,  I had the chance to try a remote training session. Hiya, As a break from the norm, I thought I’d write about some geek stuff. Don’t worry, there is a trans element to this 🙂 Tracey (Chameleons) was kind enough to give me a copy of the photos from last week’s photo session and that may be wonder about keeping said information safe. Clearly, there are on-line backups such as Microsoft SkyDrive, iDrive and Google Drive to name but a few. All are fairly easy to use, although Google Drive seems to be holding my interest at the mo. Hi everyone out there in t’interweb land,  Argh, brain freeze. 🙂 Where to start? Well, it’s been a pretty good week, all things considered. The weather’s been good, the nippers have kept out of trouble, the Ever Lovely Mrs Jones hasn’t been over-worked and apart from a slight issue with the hound, all is good. Oh, and it’ll be about a week or so, since I reduced the anti-miserabalist tablets and dare I say (Ed: Dare! Dare!) that so far so good. All in all, it’s been rather quiet and relaxing.
