Online Safety Act

In 2025 the UK has brought into law the Online Safety Act. You can view the full details on the OFCOM site.

Here at Yet Another Transgender Blog I do my best to keep this little site friendly in terms of language and content. There are times when the words used may be a little fruity – as in swearing – but hopefully no worse than you’d hear on Radio 4 daytime & early evening, or read in a newspaper. Yes, I am middle class 🙂

However, I do not tolerate what I consider to be hate speech, slurs, trolling, pornographic content (yuk, no thanks!), and/or illegal content (piracy, warez, etc).

Any post you make on YATGB, I reserve the right to remove and/or amend if I feel the content is in breech of the above. This includes your Gravatar, email address, and/or website URL. This isn’t news, as I’ve made this clear in the comments when I’ve done this.

If you’ve posted before and included a weblink within it, your post will automatically go into ‘moderation’. This is both an anti spam and protection issue. I review messages most days as I get an email notification, so please don’t double post. It won’t push the other comment out like a parcel stuck in the letter box 🙂

Any new commenters will need to be approved by me, and again, if you don’t play nicely by the earlier content rules, please understand your comment and/or ability to post again may be blocked.

Please note that YATGB links to other transgender blogs and I cannot vouch for what third party sites may post, link to, or feature. Reader discretion is advised and be aware of any third party comments on age & content.

If you feel any comment or content in unsuitable, please get in touch.
