Hi, A few weeks ago the Ever Lovely Mrs J mentioned a firm to me called Snag Tights. They are very much not a ‘one size fits all’ company. Instead, they offer a variety of sizes for the long, the short, and the tall – as someone once sang. Intrigued, I thought I’d have a look at their site, and maybe invest. Hi, Not a holiday, but certainly a long weekend away from the red tape machines. A glorious five days off for the Jones Massive. Okay, four for the kids and an extra day for the Ever Lovely Mrs J and I. Sure, the pay ain’t always great in the public sector, but the holidays make up for it. Hi, Ah, the weekend is almost upon us. Well, it is at the time of writing. Little Miss is busying playing on her brother’s Xbox, while Wee Man is having a sleepover at Granny’s. That just leaves the Ever Lovely Mrs J to be provided with hot tea and quiet, while she reads. Me? Oh, I’ll while away the early evening, enjoying a gin, a quick blog entry and and editing a photo to fit this post. Hi, It’s been one of those quiet, yet busy weeks this time around. While not much has happened, work and home life have been a bit of a blur. The Ever Lovely Mrs J has been away for work, which means Yours Truly has been wearing the parent hat full time. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to do so, although it did mean I was a lot more tired than usual. I suppose it’s the mix of an earlier start – to make sure Wee Man gets dropped at his friend’s house – and then the rush through work, before it’s time to pick up and make the tea. Hi, After last time’s memory fail, I thought I’d sit down and get some ideas out of my head early on.
