Hi, Being British, I feel it would be remiss of me not to mention today’s weather. 🙂 Yes, the shock and awe of a few flakes of snow and the country goes into a panic. 🙂 I honestly don’t know how we’d cope if we had proper snow. Namely, the levels of the white stuff that our far more northerly cousins – Canada, Finland, Norway, Russia, etc – get. Sure, it’s not been great in some parts of the country, but up here in the mild Midlands, it’s not so bad. Hiya, So, the cusp of December already. Well, I say already, it’s been a while since the last one, (Ed: a year, Lynn. Twelve months, you numpty), but it doesn’t seem long since it was Christmas. Still, we’re just about done on the Xmas shopping front. Just a fair bit of wrapping to do and ensuring the stash remains safely away until the big day. Part of me has a slight worry that one day, Wee Man or Little Miss will rummage through the cupboards and find my other wardrobe. Okay, so to speak. Hi there, Well, I’ve faffed about long enough, I guess I should get my brain into gear and rattle (Ed: prattle?) off Friday’s post. 🙂 The week’s been short as I’ve had a few days off for childcare purposes. Hi, Larks, time has run away with me this evening. Funny how that happens. For once, I was home on time, rather than staying late / playing catch up at the office. With folk keen to get away early for the weekend, the chance for a spot of serious thinking time can’t be ignored. Hello again, Unlike last week’s Friday failure, I’m going to give myself a little more leeway by writing something up earlier in the day. If that’ll help improve the quality, well, it’s too early to tell 🙂 These last few days have been fairly quiet and as I’ve said before, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I don’t mind reading or watching drama, but given the choice, I’d rather avoid the less than jolly type. Oh, I suppose I should mention the Jubilee to keep this topical eh? Right, that’s that done.
