Wishing you all the best for the yuletide holidays, and hoping you have a good time, however you spend the holidays. For some, Christmas may be stressful for various reasons, so please be kind to yourself. Just lean into things as best you can, and take it steady. It’s only a day 🩷 Oh, and if it does get a bit much; may I recommend a Christmas stroll? Just to help settle the tum – and the mind – after the festivities? Deep breaths, a gentle pace, and maybe enjoy the mindfulness of seeing what decorations folk have put up.
