Hiya, This week’s post comes from the top of a proverbial hill. The view’s rather good and the weather’s holding out: neither chilly nor too hot. Through some low cloud I can see, well, mostly. Some of the sky is dark and scary, but most seems a bit misty with bolts of blue if you look long enough. If I concentrate, I can see the path ahead. Sure, it’s a bit patchy or rocky in places and there’s a few forks here and there where the way’s not so clear. Hi there, As per the English custom I feel I should first comment on the weather: blimey it’s freezing. No, literally, it is zero degrees at the mo. Sure, we’ve a way to go until the UK reaches some of the scarier lower temperatures that the US and other northern climes do… but I was glad of my thermal leggings today 🙂 More tea? But enough about the weather eh? What can I say? Thursday night at Nottingham Chameleons was just fantastic. I’d toyed with the idea of getting changed down the road, but I took the wrong route and decided to head straight for the venue instead. Everyone was very welcoming (thanks girls!) and I met up with a few email friends – Maddie and Rachel. That was great to have a chinwag and talk shop (trans stuff) with like minded people.
