Hi, Praise be to the four day week. That and a good night out with friends. I am going to apologise in advance around this evening’s post. In an act of solidarity around the Ever Lovely Mrs J’s health, I switched to alcohol free beer sometime early last year. A shout-out to Big Drop if this is also your bag. I don’t think I’ve had a beer with alcohol since Wee Man’s birthday in mid 2022…. Hi, The right type of bright green – not the jade eyed monster – but the beautiful colours of Spring. It’s been great to be out in nature with the shorter weeks and longer weekends. Dare to dream of a four day week at some point? How awesome would that be? Perhaps the mix of warmer, sunnier climes, and less time spent bashing away at the keyboard, have helped me stay refreshed. Hi, This may be a mixed bag in terms of a post. Feel free to skip to the bits you’d rather read. Dark humour Recently the Jones family watched the film Nobody. With no spoilers, there’s an excellent (IMO) montage of the lead character’s family life: wake, coffee, jog, bus, spreadsheet, home, sleep, etc. I had a wry chuckle to myself wondering how many of us have similar routines that we run through? Well, it’s one louder isn’t it? 😁 Hello folks and welcome to the usual Friday post of waffle, photos, and brain rambles. Gap Not the shop, but the number of weeks between Chams meetings. I was very glad of the opportunity to step out last month and it’s certainly helped keep the dysphoria monster away. I have also bought some boyshorts in the Spring sales and they’re surprisingly comfy. I’ve shied away from mixing wardrobes in years before, but being able to work at home, has opened that option.
