Hi, Thank goodness for the four day week. I think I’ve had enough rides on this particulra un-merry-go-round for a time! 🙂 Talking of shorter weeks, I noticed an article about more UK companies trialing this. Half a job As a part time part timer (five days then four days) I can say it’s made a big difference to our lives. The option to safe stuff up and have the weekend clear is a gift. Hi, How’s things? Here at Chez Jones, it’s been a quiet Halloween, as both Child 2.0 and the Every Lovely Mrs J have been away. In days of yore, I guess I would’ve booked time off, dressed suitably, and headed out into the world to stretch my legs. But, time was not my friend and if I’m honest, my energy levels were more suited to curling up on the sofa with a warm mug of tea and catching up on some streaming. Hi, Well, it’s been a week hasn’t it. I’m not quite sure where to start. I’m not even sure I should start, but I feel I would be ignoring the goose-stepping bigotophant in the room. Hi, I am slightly tearful but with happy tears. I could say ‘totes emoshe’, yet I’m struggling to spell it and it’s not a phrase I use, even ironically. 🙂 Focus, Lynn… The Preamble Gibberish With each summer, the local Pride events come and go. I love to hear about the experience of others…. and I had carefully pushed the ‘what if I…?’ to the quiet part of my mind. The temporary ban on hormone blockers has been maintained, despite it not being recommended in the Cass Review and such a ban goes against the positive experiences of those who’ve had access to treatment. Hi, So, how are things? Hopefully going well. For me, I’ve a day off as part of my nonworking hours. I feel very lucky to be able to afford every other Friday off. It certainly helps with my mood, resting up from a busy week, and I don’t lose the weekend to chores. Happy times indeed. Difficult news I think things at YATGB are going to take a bit of a hit as of this week. I’m not giving up exactly, but I think my blogging is going to take a knock.
