Hi, Today I had the pleasure of some self-care and a morning without anywhere to rush to. Yay for a nonworking day and a stroll through the park to my beauty appointment. Local stuff Well, no rush other than through the traffic, as Nottinghamshire seems to have all of its road upgrades at once 🙂 Not a complaint, given that traditionally, the East Midlands receives less funding on infrastructure and healthcare. However, the city has removed most of the old Broadmarsh shopping centre, and there’s a gorgeous urban park in there now. Hi, A later post than usual today. Well, if you were expecting one last Friday, this one is indeed, rather delayed. Chams stuff Chams coming up gave me something else to focus on. I’ve tweaked the forum plugins by moving the upcoming birthdays to the top, reporting on unused accounts, and a better photo gallery gadget. Hi, The washer is spinning merrily away to itself, so there will be my family’s clothes to hang out in a bit. I guess one good thing about the summer – other than not having to worry about a coat – is things dry quickly on the line. I guess that saves money on the tumbling, but you lose a little on the time. Still, a bit of mindfulness to enjoy the cooling feel and fresh scent of newly laundered items. Maybe, there’s a dash of satisfaction in having not just faffed about, but completed a few things of the To Do list. Hi, Where to start this one? Shall we being with saying I’ve nothing to grumble about? I think that might be a good start 😉 Mostly on my Tod July is nearly over and we’re into the merry month of August. I am hoping the latter brings cooler days. It is also exam results soon and fingers crossed Child 2.0 gets what he needs for the uni he wants to go to. He really worked his socks off, bless him.
