Wishing you all the best for the yuletide holidays, and hoping you have a good time, however you spend the holidays. For some, Christmas may be stressful for various reasons, so please be kind to yourself. Just lean into things as best you can, and take it steady. It’s only a day 🩷 Oh, and if it does get a bit much; may I recommend a Christmas stroll? Just to help settle the tum – and the mind – after the festivities? Deep breaths, a gentle pace, and maybe enjoy the mindfulness of seeing what decorations folk have put up. Hi, With it being a Friday, I should be running the vacuum around and tidying the kitchen. However, should can do one 😉 Sometimes it’s nice to put chores off for a bit and do something else. Chilling out & warming up

Hi, It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a nesh* person in possession of cold feet, must be in want of slippers, and ideally: a heated pad and fuzzy blanket. As the Ever Lovely Mrs J points out, it’s more efficient to heat the person than the whole room. This also means less on the ‘leccy bill and I can avoid getting the open fire going. As much as I love a wood fire, I know the particulates are not good for the planet or people.
