Hi, In the blur of family visits, long dog walks, streaming TV, and irregular mealtimes, the fact that this is the last Friday before the turn of the year – and indeed, decade – has slipped my mind. But last-minute and off the cuff is just how I roll at YATGB. 🙂 The year has been an interesting mix of news – both from a personal, family, and national perspective. The One Before

Hi, It’s a downhill sleigh ride towards the big day and I hope that whatever you’ve planned goes well. At Chez Jones, there’s quite a bit of wrapping up to do, but that’ll get cleared with a good music selection, plenty of tea, and copious amounts of paper. Just a thought, uphill sleigh rides don’t tend to be as fun if you’re doing all the pushing 🙂 Still, they do help shift the Christmas calories. The Xmas Do

Last night was the Chameleons Christmas Do. Despite the best efforts of serious traffic issues and the General Election* being on, somehow a few brave souls made it through. We were missing a few regulars due to illness or the Curse of the Clashing Office Party. I did notice a number of partners had come as well and that made me happy. I think that it lets them talk, swap experiences, and see what it’s like at the group. Maybe we’re not a just social & support group for T folk, but for their families too. It’s a new day and a new site

Hi, If you’re reading this, you’ve somehow found your way to a new home for YATGB. I have tweaked the title a little in that it’s now Yet Another Transgender Blog. Back when I started writing, T-Girl was a term, although A) I’ve never been a girl, and B), maybe it’s time to update things a little. So, why the switch?
