Hi, I am slightly tearful but with happy tears. I could say ‘totes emoshe’, yet I’m struggling to spell it and it’s not a phrase I use, even ironically. 🙂 Focus, Lynn… The Preamble Gibberish With each summer, the local Pride events come and go. I love to hear about the experience of others…. and I had carefully pushed the ‘what if I…?’ to the quiet part of my mind. Hi, With Child 2.0 enjoying a long summer break of that season spanning gap between GCSEs and A levels, the Ever Lovely Mrs J decided to have a few days of as well. Due to a busy diary, I couldn’t join them on Thursday, but I am enjoying an extra Friday off. I should add that I’ve booked the time off. Apparently it’s Not the Done Thing to just not turn up and take the money. You know, how certain Lords, CEOs, and MPs don’t 😜 Maybe an honest day’s work is just for you peasants? 😁 Thank you. Price and/or pride?

Hi, I switched on my gaming console last night and I noticed a tile showing celebrate pride month. Intrigued, I took a look and indeed there was a number of inclusive games (as in friendship, identity, and romance options are more than only cis/het ones). That and content from LGBTQ+ folk in terms of games and films. All good stuff, IMO, and as a gamer and someone who’s somewhere on the Trans spectrum, I thought it was a good thing. So, here’s my questions why wait until June? What happens after Pride finishes?
